ATP Tour chairman Andrea Gaudenzi acknowledged that communication surrounding Jannik Sinner’s doping case could have been better. While Gaudenzi maintains the rules were followed, Sinner’s case, involving unintentional ingestion of a banned substance, is under appeal by the World Anti-Doping Agency. A final ruling is anticipated early next year. WADA is seeking a two year ban.
