Ohio’s College Credit Plus (CCP) program allows high school students to earn both high school and college credits by taking college-level courses for free. With over 80,000 students participating in the 2022-2023 school year, the program has saved families millions in tuition costs. However, participation rates vary across counties, with some regions showing much higher enrollment than others. Efforts are being made to ensure economically disadvantaged students can access the program’s benefits.
