Responding to these speculations, fitness trainer Tridev Pandey, who has worked with Aaryan over the past year, told the Indian Express that the allegations were baseless.Pandey revealed that both the actor and he have come under scrutiny due to the viral claims. “Whoever feels this transformation is not natural, I am ready to pay from my own pocket to take the NADA (National Anti-Doping Agency) test,” Pandey declared.
Pandey, a former national boxer, firmly stated, “I would never recommend anyone to take artificial supplements and build a body.”
He admitted that throughout the project, many people encouraged them to use artificial supplements to achieve faster results. “It took us 14 months to get this. If we had taken any artificial supplement, maybe we could have achieved it in six months, because our diet was strict and training on point. But we didn’t do that at all,” he explained.
Detailing the rigorous training regimen, Pandey shared that Aaryan’s fitness journey involved a disciplined routine over 14 months. The actor trained for one hour of cardio each morning and dedicated another hour in the evening to strength training.
He concluded that it was the actor’s dedication to his diet and workout routine and training even during the filming stage that helped him achieve his desired physique for the film.
