CBSE conducted surprise inspections at 29 schools across six regions, including Delhi, Bengaluru, and Patna, on December 18-19, 2024. The inspections revealed violations of Affiliation By-Laws, such as “non-attending” enrollments and non-compliance with infrastructural norms. CBSE is issuing show-cause notices to defaulting schools and considering legal action to uphold educational standards.
