Bharat Shah has issued a notice to JP Dutta for not receiving overflow payments from the 1997 film Border, despite an arbitration settlement. He claims no money has been paid and has filed a complaint with the Indian Film & TV Producer’s council. Sunny Deol will star in Border 2 alongside Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanjh, directed by Anurag Singh.
