As many celebs had spoken up against it and and it is considered a crime, the police had also arrested the main accused who made Rashmika’s deepfake video.
But this continues even now, as a deepfake video of Alia Bhatt has surfaced online and fans are left shocked and concerned.This is a ‘GRWM (Get Ready With me)’ video from a user called Sameeksha Avtr. As fans saw this, they’ve dropped comments showing their concern for the same. A user said, “I thought it’s Alia, then I watched carefully, and she is not Alia.” Another user said, “AI is very dangerous.” A person said, “What the hell? Musk was right. AI is winning everything for real.”

Ealier, a deepfake video of Alia surfaced online where her face was morphed on the body of actress Wamiqa Gabbi.
Aamir Khan‘s deepfake video promoting a political party had also gone viral. An FIR was filed at the Khar Police station by Khan’s office under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including 419 (impersonation), 420 (cheating) and other sections of the Information Technology Act.
