Punjab Kings have decided to part ways with Sanjay Bangar, who served as their head of cricket development for IPL 2024. In a significant coaching staff overhaul, they have appointed former Australian captain Ricky Ponting as the new head coach on a four-year contract, succeeding Trevor Bayliss.
