Three lives were lost on Wednesday morning in a fire at Riya Palace located in the Lokhandwala complex, Andheri (West). The blaze, which started in a 10th-floor flat, claimed the lives of Marine engineer Chander Prakash Soni, his wife Kanta, and their domestic help Ravi Bhatia. An investigation is underway to determine the cause.
